Welcome to the web site of the Davis Alliance Corporation, a small management team specializing in services to the public infrastructure industry, business improvement districts, non-profits, professional service providers and those that serve in those markets in Houston Texas. This site serves as our intoduction to who we are, what we have accomplished and an offer to help you.

Our Portfolio - Please scan through the projects. There are a wide variety of project types with the common thread being: complex project teams; multiple funding scenerios; multiple contracts to complete one project; and coordination of multiple agencies to create valuable regional public assets.

Our Experience Summmary  - Our combined careers total 48 years where we had direct responsibility for 98 improvement projects totalling over $550M in construction value. The largest of the projects have been funded by federal and state grants. There are many photos and short descriptions in the Portfolio. We hope you will take a few minutes to scan those that interest you.

Our experience in the past 10 years has been in the dense urban environment of downtown Houston, Texas. Many great minds have been part of the concepts that led to the revitalization of downtown. We have helped with a few of the ideas and have lead a large part of the contruction of those ideas as part of the Houston Downtown Management District. Our Parks - We are particularly proud of our recent focus on park improvements. To date, as Davis Alliance Corporation, we have managed the construction/revitalization and mitigated construction impacts on park operation for 27 City of Houston Parks totalling over $15M.

In other capacities one of our principles has managed improvements to Allen's Landing, Market Square Park and the initial site investigations for Discovery Green in downtown Houston. Please look at the pages with photos and descriptions of the improvements in some of our parks. In addition one of our principals oversaw the design, bidding and construction of the three Buffalo Bayou portals--a park-like setting with public art--in the heart of downtown Houston on the banks of Buffalo Bayou.

Internet Communication Services - We hope you find this site easy to navigate and quickly drill in and learn what you want to know.  One of our project tools--communication of project info via web sites--is turning into one of our stand-alone services. We built this site and are converting other sites for clients to the sophisticated Content Management System (CMS) that is a database driven, dynamic-page type web site.
